Report a design

The route for a rights holder who believes a design made with Clayproof copies theirs. Last revised 5 October 2026.

What Clayproof does to begin with

A direction is checked before drawing, and the names of makers and models are removed; a direction that names one is refused and the customer is told to describe the character instead. The outputs are AI-made and marked as such. Even so, a form or a view may come to resemble a protected design, and this page is how you tell us.

How to report

Email clayproof@omnihmi.com with the subject "Design report" and:

What happens within five working days

Within five working days of a complete report, ArcGabriel Ltd acknowledges it, suspends the generation concerned from being refined or downloaded while it looks, and tells the customer who made it what has been reported, without passing on your contact details unless you agree. Where the report is well-founded, the generation and its files are removed and the customer is told why. Where it is not, or where the customer answers with grounds that stand, the suspension is lifted and you are told. Either way you hear back, in writing, with the reason.

Reports made in bad faith

A report that is knowingly false may make its author liable to the customer whose work was suspended. ArcGabriel Ltd keeps the report and its outcome on record.

Nothing on this page is legal advice. It describes what ArcGabriel Ltd does on receiving a report.
